darn darn darn! one of my wisdom teeth is popping out! this isn't supposed to happen! you know why? because I have no more room in my mouth.. and they are to be taken out.... and thats a $2000 gig right there.. grr... I don't feel any wiser
Damn....you are just having the worst luck! I can definitely relate to what you are going through. I had to get a crown on one of my teeth last week and insurance only covered half (which is better then nothing!). I had to come out of pocket $600. Luckily I found out that they take CareCredit so I was able to charge it. I'm sure you don't want another credit card but CareCredit is a card that you use for medical expenses (dental, health, vision, etc.). I think they offer no interest for 18 months. I signed up for it when I had Lasik done on my eyes last year. I charged about $2500 to it for my eyes and I was about half way finished paying it off. Now the balance has gone on because of my dental work so my minimum payment is going to go up to *SIGH*. I pay about $60/month. Anyhow, I'm sorry to hear that you are going through all of these medical issues. For the money you pay, the school should offer medical insurance. I have a friend that goes to UC Berkeley and they pay for everything!
I hope you feel better sweety. I'm sending good thoughts your way. Things are bound to get better. Hugs.
That sucks! I know I know I am not very good at showing empathy and stuff (even though I am a girl and should know these things) but I feel for you. The darn wisdom teeth are just a pain in the ass...I'm still getting mine, have been for about 2 years (or a little more even) now so if I have to pay to get them removed later on I'll be really pissed. Hm...okay so I meant so support you but I ended up talking about me instead..well I hope that you know that my heart is in the right place.
our school offers it but you have to dish out another $800 just for 4 months! that care credit sounds good, I wonder if all places take it? I was just getting some info from UCSF, their costs are half of what you'd normally pay at a regular dentist.. half is still pricey :( they do have insurance also but it's up the same route.. dang I need me some money *sigh*
they are a pain! and you do have a lot of empathy sofy haha you just sugar coat it *wink* the dentist told me I had to remove them even before the popped up and I was like what one earth!! they haven't even come up yet and you want to go in there and dig them up!
